Call for Papers

The 23rd Annual Meeting of The Japanese Society for Helicobacter Research will present English Session and Call for Papers is open.

Submission guidelines

• The abstracts must be submitted to the conference by Friday 31st March 2017.
• The maximum presenter is up to 15, including the primary presenter and copresenters.
• The maximum of affiliated facility is up to 10 facilities.
• All abstracts must be written in English and submitted in form of Microsoft Word, limited to 420 words.
• The title of the abstract: The maximum length is 20 Words including spaces.
• The body of the abstract: The maximum length is 400 Words including spaces.
• The abstract must consist of four paragraphs:
  
  • BACKGROUND / AIM
  • METHODS
  • RESULTS
  • CONCLUSIONS
  • 3 KEYWORDS
• Send your abstract to : mail
• The E-mail title of your abstract submission should be ” 23JSHR Abstract Submission” and make sure to include the name of primary presenter, affiliation and e-mail address. If you submit your abstract within Japan, please write all above information in English and Japanese.
• After submission, you will receive a reply from the abstract department within 3 days that your abstract has been successfully submitted.
